Breakdowns and Warranties

1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (B2B) These terms apply exclusively to commercial transactions (B2B) concluded between TonerDeck (a company incorporated under Estonian law) and professional buyers (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or "Customer"). Consumer protection provisions, including the right of withdrawal without cause, do not apply to these professional transactions.

2. Returns and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Given the B2B nature of our transactions, we do not accept returns for personal convenience or a change of mind (the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply). Returns are only authorized in the event of a proven manufacturing defect or non-conformity of the product with the order. Any issue must be reported to our support team within a maximum of 7 days upon receipt in order to initiate an RMA procedure.

3. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law All sales and commercial relationships established by our company are exclusively governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia (Law of Obligations Act - Võlaõigusseadus). In the event of a commercial dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
