Terms and Conditions The TonerDeck describes on this page the terms and conditions of use and pre-contractual information relating to contracts concluded remotely on this site (tonerdeck.com), in accordance with Article 4 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February. The TonerDeck reserves the right to freely modify the pre-contractual information to adapt it to applicable legislation, without prior notice. Terms of Use of the Site Browsing this site and purchasing any product or service available imply acceptance of this information and the General Conditions of Use contained on this page. The user undertakes to use this site in accordance with applicable legislation, refraining from using the site for activities that are contrary to law, morality and good customs, or that violate the rights and interests of third parties. This site may contain links to other sites that may have useful information or tools for our users. However, these General Conditions do not apply to these third-party sites. Therefore, the user must inform himself about the Terms and Conditions of Use of the site to which he was redirected. The TonerDeck reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and content of this site, its services and the General Conditions of Use, without prejudice to contracts already concluded and in execution. These modifications are intended for the continuous improvement of this site, as well as the services offered to the user. If the user does not agree with the changes made, he or she may terminate the contract. The content and information created for presentation on this site are the property of Loja do Tinteiro. Their use, reproduction, copying or dissemination by other means, including logos, texts, images and videos contained on the site, are subject to prior authorization. The TonerDeck takes into account information regarding the essential characteristics of the products, based on technical descriptions provided by its suppliers and on photographs illustrating the products sold. As such, the images of the products presented on the site are merely illustrative. The TonerDeck recommends that the customer consult the detailed description of the product for complete information on its characteristics or contact Customer Service. Considering that used products are also sold, there may be differences between the image and the product itself, due to the use and history of the product, which is unique to each device. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information presented here is free of typographical and image errors. Whenever they occur, the TonerDeck will correct them as soon as possible. Data Protection Policy The TonerDeck is committed to respecting the privacy of its users. For this reason, we have structured our site so that it is possible to browse without having to enter personal data. Owner and Data Controller: In the scope and for the purposes of the services and sales we provide to our users, the TonerDeck is the entity responsible for the processing of your personal data and ensuring the protection of your privacy, acting in accordance with current legislation - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Conservation Period: The TonerDeck will retain the data collected until the data owner requests its deletion. Right to Access, Modify and Delete Your Data: At any time, the user has the right to access his/her personal data and, within the limits of the GDPR, modify it, oppose its processing, decide on its automated processing, withdraw consent and exercise the other rights provided for by law (except when the data is essential for billing by TonerDeck and for compliance with legal obligations to which TonerDeck is subject). In the event of withdrawal of consent, this will not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that date. The user has the right to be notified, under the terms provided for in the Regulation, in the event of a violation of his/her personal data, and may file complaints with the competent authorities. Security: The TonerDeck is committed to ensuring the security of the information you share with us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, as well as to maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have implemented physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online. We use encryption when we collect or transfer sensitive data. To ensure you always benefit from the most competitive shipping rate based on your location, shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process once you enter your delivery address. The TonerDeck is not responsible for any failure to deliver orders for reasons beyond our control (for example, absence of the customer at the place of delivery, incorrect or incomplete address, or delay by the carrier). In the event of difficulty in delivery, the TonnerDeck will contact the customer to confirm or correct the data provided, in order to complete the delivery. Warranties: All products sold by TonerDeck are covered by the legal guarantee provided for legislation. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by incorrect use, accidents or normal wear and tear. In the event that a product is defective, the customer must contact the TonerDeck to request the repair, replacement or return of the product. The cost of shipping to TonerDeck, in the event of a return, is the responsibility of the customer, unless the defect is confirmed by TonerDeck. Return policy The customer has a period of 14 days after receiving the product to proceed with its return, without having to indicate the reason, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14. To make the return, the product must be complete, with all its components and accessories, accompanied by the original packaging in perfect condition. If the product shows signs of use, the return may be rejected. The return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping error. Conflict Resolution The TonerDeck, participates in all alternative forms of dispute resolution provided for by law. The customer may consult the National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (CNIACC) or the Centre for Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts, whenever disagreements arise related to the services provided by TonerDeck. Responsibility for data processing Your data will be collected and processed by TonerDeck, with registered office at Sepapaja tn 12-850, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, 11415 Harju maakond, Estonia. This is the company responsible for the processing of personal data according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
