TonerDeck describes on this page the terms and conditions of use and pre-contractual information regarding distance contracts concluded on this site (tonerdeck.com), in accordance with article 4 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14.

TonerDeck reserves the right to freely modify the pre-contractual information to adapt it to applicable legislation, without prior notice.

Terms of Use of the Site

Both navigation on this site and the acquisition of any available product or service imply the acceptance of this information and the General Terms of Use contained on this page. The user agrees to use this site in accordance with applicable legislation, refraining from using the site for activities contrary to law, morals, and good customs, or that violate the rights and interests of third parties.

This site may contain links to other sites that may have useful information or tools for our users. However, these General Conditions do not apply to those third-party sites. Therefore, the user should inform themselves about the Terms and Conditions of Use of the site to which they were redirected.

TonerDeck reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and content of this site, its services, and the General Terms of Use, without prejudice to contracts already concluded and being executed. These modifications are aimed at the continuous improvement of this site, as well as the services offered to the user. In the event that the user does not agree with the changes made, they may terminate the contract.

The content and information created for presentation on this site are the property of TonerDeck. Its use, reproduction, copying, or dissemination by other means, including logos, texts, images, and videos contained on the site, are subject to prior authorization.

TonerDeck takes into account information regarding the essential characteristics of the products, based on technical descriptions provided by its suppliers and on photographs illustrating the products sold. As such, the product images presented on the site are purely illustrative. TonerDeck recommends that the customer consult the detailed product description for complete information about its characteristics or contact Customer Service.

Bearing in mind that used products are also sold, there may be differences between the image and the product itself, due to its use and history, which is unique to each equipment.

Every effort is made to ensure that the information presented here is free from typographical and image errors. Whenever they occur, TonerDeck will correct them as soon as possible.

Data Protection Policy

TonerDeck is committed to respecting the privacy of its users. For this reason, we structured our site so that it is possible to browse without the need to enter personal data. When it is necessary to collect personal data from users to provide our services, or when they decide to share their data on their own initiative, the use of that information will be carried out in accordance with current legislation - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data shared by users will be subject to computer processing and will be included in the TonerDeck database.

When the user chooses to provide information relating to their personal data (any information through which they can be identified), they can be sure that this information will only be used for the purposes of their relationship as a customer of TonerDeck.

In planning this site, we adopted measures that we consider appropriate to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of the users' personal data, as well as all other rights that correspond to them. Our records include data that were obtained throughout the contractual relationship established with us and as a result of the various interactions carried out with our site.

Purpose of the Collected Information:

The collected information is intended to respond to requests made by users, namely: registration on the site, order processing (opening a customer file and billing for products/services), voluntary subscription to the email marketing service, responses to requests for information, suggestions, or complaints, and communication with customers.

TonerDeck ensures the confidentiality of the personal data provided and only transmits them to third parties with the sole and exclusive purpose of performing the service requested by the user, namely: sending orders to the provided address (carrier); handling guarantees and/or product returns (suppliers); executing acquired service contracts (operators); and to judicial and tax authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

Within the scope and for the purposes of the services and sales we provide to our users, TonerDeck is the entity responsible for processing your personal data and ensuring the protection of your privacy, acting in accordance with current legislation - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Retention Period:

TonerDeck will keep the collected data until the data subject requests its deletion.

Right to Access, Modify, and Delete Your Data:

At any time, the user has the right to access their personal data and, within the limits of the GDPR, modify them, object to their processing, decide on their automated processing, withdraw consent, and exercise the other rights provided by law (except when the data is indispensable for billing by TonerDeck and for the fulfillment of legal obligations to which TonerDeck is subject). In case of withdrawing your consent, this will not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that date. The user has the right to be notified, under the terms provided in the Regulation, in the event of a violation of their personal data, and may file complaints with the competent authorities.

Security:

TonerDeck is committed to ensuring the security of the information that the user shares with us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, as well as to maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online. We use encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data.

Order Dispatch and Shipping Costs

Orders placed on the TonerDeck site have the following shipping costs:

• We ship to Portugal and throughout Europe, which is divided into 4 distribution zones. To always guarantee the most competitive rate adjusted to your location, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process after entering your delivery address.

TonerDeck is not responsible for any impossibility of delivering orders due to reasons beyond our control (for example, customer absence at the delivery location, incorrect or incomplete address, or carrier delay). In case of difficulty in delivery, TonerDeck will contact the customer to confirm or correct the provided data, in order to complete the delivery.

Warranties

All products sold by TonerDeck have the legal warranty provided for in the legislation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

In the event that a product is defective, the customer must contact TonerDeck to request the repair, replacement, or return of the product. The shipping cost to TonerDeck, in case of return, is borne by the customer, unless the defect is confirmed by TonerDeck.

Returns Policy

The customer has a period of 14 days after receiving the product to return it, without needing to indicate the reason, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14. To make a return, the product must be complete, with all its components and accessories, accompanied by the original packaging in perfect condition. If the product shows signs of use, the return may be rejected. The return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors.

Conflict Resolution

TonerDeck participates in all alternative forms of conflict resolution provided by law. The customer can consult the National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (CNIACC) or the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center, whenever disagreements related to the services provided by TonerDeck arise. Responsibility for data processing

Your data will be collected and processed by TonerDeck, responsible for this site (tonerdeck.pt). This is the company responsible for processing personal data according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.
