TonerDeck describes on this page the terms and conditions of use and pre-contractual information relating to distance contracts concluded on this site (tonerdeck.com), in accordance with article 4 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14.

TonerDeck reserves the right to freely modify the pre-contractual information to adapt it to applicable legislation, without prior notice.

Returns Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without needing justification within 14 days from the receipt of the order, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14. To exercise this right, they must communicate to TonerDeck, within this period, their intention to withdraw from the contract and return the product. The customer must return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, and documentation, and bear the direct costs of the return.

Return costs

10% of the purchase value for administrative expenses, with a minimum limit of €10.00.
