The prices of the products and services available on this site are exclusive for purchases made through this channel. 

In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other type of error that causes a noticeable and unforeseen change by TonerDeck in the retail price, such that it becomes inaccessible or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled.

TonerDeck reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, TonerDeck undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time the purchase order is placed.

Order Dispatch and Shipping Costs

Orders placed on the TonerDeck site have the following shipping costs:

• We ship to Portugal and throughout Europe, which is divided into 4 distribution zones. To always guarantee the most competitive rate adjusted to your location, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process after entering your delivery address.

TonerDeck is not responsible for any impossibility of delivering orders due to reasons beyond our control (for example, customer absence at the delivery location, incorrect or incomplete address, or carrier delay). In case of difficulty in delivery, TonerDeck will contact the customer to confirm or correct the provided data in order to complete the delivery.

Verification of the Condition of the Goods At the time of delivery of the order, the customer must verify the condition of the packaging and the product.

Warranties

The products sold by TonerDeck are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law (Law no. 24/96, of July 31, with the current wording given by Decree-Law no. 84/2021, of October 18) and the Consumer Goods Law (Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8, with the current wording given by Decree-Law no. 84/2021, of October 18).

Returns Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without needing justification within 14 days from the receipt of the order, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14. To exercise this right, they must communicate to TonerDeck, within this period, their intention to withdraw from the contract and return the product. The customer must return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, and documentation, and bear the direct costs of the return.

Contract Resolution

The refund of the purchase amount will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method, without prejudice to the costs associated with the refund (for example, banking or other fees).

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for products that have been customized by the customer, manufactured according to the customer's specifications, or clearly customized (for example, refilled ink cartridges or remanufactured printers at the customer's request).
